In February 2016, Bell Insurance Services Limited was launched by Matthew Moses, with the vision to bring global validity, relevance, value and security to clients in Trinidad and Tobago.

Bell’s mission is to provide innovative insurance coverage and services that stand up in the dynamic global arena/context.  We provide a full range of corporate and personal insurance products, reinsurance services, risk management, and related consulting and advisory services.

Matthew has expansive international insurance experience, most notably as Divisional Director with the Willis Group, one of the world’s largest global insurance brokers. At Willis, Matthew headed up the Caribbean Property division in London where he structured and placed regional insurance programs into the Lloyd’s of London insurance market; for clients across multiple industries and Total Insured Values up to USD4bn. Matthew was later appointed Vice President and transferred to the Miami market; servicing Willis’ English-speaking Caribbean Treaty Reinsurance portfolio, and representing all classes of insurance for some of the largest and most longstanding insurers across the Caribbean.

Matthew holds a BA (Hons) from York University, MSc in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol, QCF from the Chartered Insurance Institute, and is a registered Insurance Broker under the Trinidad & Tobago Insurance Act (1980).
